Discovery Drive a farce for Discovery to make more money off you

We pay each month for Vitality Drive and do whatever we can to get excellent ratings on our driving behaviour which reflect on our phones (and had both sensors replaced) and still Discovery fails to pay us our monthly cash-back! And when we query it it's one excuse after another without compensating us for either the cash-back OR the Vitality Drive payment!
