Discovery DQ Track False Tracking log.

Discovery DQ track Faulty tracking log…

I have a DQ tracker installed in my Fortuner and earn daily drive points on the app. So i had my brake disks and pads replaced at a Toyota dealership and booked the car in at 7:12am the 16th of March 2023. I left my car there till the 17th of march 2023 and picked it up at around 13:30. I checked my DQ app the morning of the 17th and noticed that according to the Discovery app that my car was driving around most of the day on the 16th until 22:15 and points were deducted for bad driving… so naturally i went on to my Tracker app to see of these trips correspond on the two systems. To my surprise the dont, Tracker shows the vehicle stayed at Toyota during this time while Discovery logs trips. I also spoke to Toyota and checked the KM when it was booked in vs when i collected, nothing out of the ordinary.

So Discovery please explain to me and other DQ track users HOW this is possible?? Does this mean that Discovery deducts points on a regular basis that shouldn't be deducted?? Or do i not understand how the DQ track system works?
