Discovery DQ technicians turned my brand new VW T-Cross into a second hand s****.
Can Social Media team lead - Faz Sallie-Ndela please respond to my email about the damage Discovery DQ Tracker technicians caused to my car. I have now supp**** a quote and pictures of the damage and require a response to my emails for immediate repair. The wires of my radio were cut and stuck together with tape in a brand new T-Cross. The pictures are shocking evidence. I have been without radio and comms system for months and need my car to be back to its original condition as soon as next week. I will not accept any further delays. My email address is *** com number ***. Can Faz reply my email asap.

Surely there are other people who can handle my case. I have submitted the assessment report and pictures of the damage to my car. I need to have my car fixed asap.
