Discovery doesn't want more business

I'm an existing client with discovery insure. I'm in the process of buying two new vehicles. I have been trying to get a hold of someone to assist me since last week. I have sent a quote request twice with no call. I have sent an email to which my contact number was requested, which I had responded too but still no call. <br> <br> I'm surprised that I have to beg a company to take my money. I have done an enquiry on hippo and now a consultant calls me everyday to get me a better price. Whereas discovery can't even call me once.
