Discovery doesn't retain their clients - after being with them for years?

<p>After having house content and car insurance with discovery for close to 5+ years today I obtained a quote from an alternative insurance company for comparison, I was quoted R857.79 cheaper than my current policy with Discovery. I then called the call centre and spoke to a consultant who negotiated and agreed to drop my premium by R558 per month. This still leaves the alternative insurance company with a difference R299 cheaper than discovery. </p> <p> </p> <p>After being a loyal customer for the above stated years, I am highly disappointed as it seems as though I may have been over paying my insurance company from the start of my policy and nowhere during the policy term was the premium looked at or reduced. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Call reference # ********** 447</p> <p>Assisting manager: Zothile</p>
