Discovery does it again!

My car has self levelling headlights which when you start the car calibrates itself. After having a new tracking device reinstalled by DQ Track I realised the headlights weren't working like they should. Not sure if it was the tracking device I took the car a BMW dealer to have it checked out, they told me that it is the tracking device that was installed incorrectly and that the tracking company should fix their mistake. Apparently it is a regular occurrence by all tracking companies. I tried phoning the technician 3 times to talk to him about my complaint but my call was either ignored or cut off. I emailed DQ Track and phoned them to which they responded eventually a week after the second complaint. I was told that the technician would phone me to set up a date and time to fix the problem which he did phone but he did not confirm a date and time because he had to check in with the office and said he will get back to me. It has been 2 weeks since then and just over month and a half since this started with a few more additional call being made with no feedback/response or confirmation date to come and fix their mistake . In the meantime I have to drive with headlights that do not work properly eagerly waiting for them to come fix their mistake.
