Discovery - DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND

Discovery Insure is a company which uses cheap tactics to lure clients in and then once they have them, try to ****** them.

Last October I was lured away from OutSurance, (who are an amazing company and whom I only have praise for), by an offer of a cheaper monthly car insurance installment and access to a loyalty program. Last week I received my annual monthly increase on this car insurance policy to discover I have had my rate hiked by 20%. This vehicle travelled less than 3000km in the preceding 12 months and there were no insurance claims on this car.

When I contacted Discovery to enquire if this was a mistake or why this was so, they were unable to give me any explanation, except that this increase was correct. They did offer to help me cancel the policy if I so wished.

The arrogance of this brand has left me angry but above all disappointed, I always thought that they were a brand to be trusted and admired. How wrong I was.
