Discovery dissapointment

I'm not just going to send the same email and talk the same story a f***en crazy person, now I sent more that one f****n email to discovery and from yesterday and no one recives as I don't get a f**** automated response so tyhis is bull**** that I can not stand for and I need rectification as now i Have to loan money for my business proceeds and pay ****en interest on that money. If you guys dont allow manual paymnets just ****en remove the account details on your site cause its **** I just want my moneycall me i give policy Number then You give and we continue working lovely, youre the best insurer in SA but now you just **** that i dont understand and never seen before
