Discovery, discover poor service

Submitted a claim on their app for a bump on my car rear left side and on the same claim the window that is cracked. After a lot of up and down, the bump was repaired 2 months later. When i fetched the car the window was still cracked. Asked and they said no they don't repair it I must check with discovery. I tried their whatsapp, sent them emails nothing, no response, its 3 months later now, still have a cracked window
