Discovery Disappointment.

While we have been happy with the service received from Discovery insurance todate- we are extremely disappointed with the service we have received following our accident, we have been faithful to Discovery over several years, but the service currently being received is unacceptable; we have not been called regarding our claims, our emails remain unanswered and calling the customer care line- with no answer.

We are left with the feeling that Discovery only cares while, monthly premiss are being paid, and once a clients places a claim that Discovery would prefer you to leave them, even though we have several years of no claims.
