DISCOVERY DISAPPOINTMENT

Calling discovery on 16/10/2018 to request an ITC letter due to a negative listing at credit bureau. I was informed that I would get a letter within 2 hours and a call back. 4 hours later still nothing and then I called again. No answer ... Called 17/10/2018 and spoke to a Rahiem (who in my opinion needs some soft s****s training) but he advised that finance would send the letter. When I requested to speak to a team leader, surprise surprise, I was informed that there isn't one available. I haven't been this glad that I left an insurer in a very long time because if this is how they handle a simple letter - what if I needed roadside assistance.
