Discovery Digital support PATHETIC

I've been having issues logging into my account for days as Discovery wanted to upgrade their security. Now my device wont link. have phoned them, mailed them, it's been esculated and still nothing has happened. all of this started 5 November 2021. no solution in sight. Pathetic!!!
