# Discovery Did Good # Thanks Wanda Mdunyelwa

What excellent service provided telephonically via Discovery emergency platform from Wanda Mdunyelwa and physically by En Route Towing truck driver towing me on a flatbed to Rola Toyota Strand branch. I was stranded with car that would not start at 16h45 on Thurs 2nd March. After making a call to Discovery call centre and speaking to Wanda on the phone, the flatbed truck arrived within 10 minutes which was such a relief, after being told could take up to 40 min. The EN route towing driver was amazing and very efficiently lifted my Fortuner onto the flatbed, drove the best route to Toyota and excellently off loaded my car in the assigned overnight parking bay at Toyota. There I was looked after my a very polite security till my neighbour came to collect me to take me home. Wanda followed up shortly after we already loaded car on the flatbed and he was so happy to hear I was already en route to Toyota. Wanda was very courteous, efficient and polite on the phone. I highly commend his quality of service he provided making it a pleasant experience in a very stressful situation being stranded as a woman alone in my car.
