Discovery, derogatory and untrained

Terrible, terrible service from one of their incredibly rude consultants. I wanted a quote to insure my car, and their consultant was rude and spoke down to me. I have been with discovery health for over 10 years now and I am reconsidering that after a brutal phone call with their untrained consultant. I am on classic comprehensive and their consultant insinuated that I cannot afford their car insurance when I asked for a quote similar to that of my current insurer. I am highly unimpressed and I will never insure with such a degrading company. I fully intend on switching my medical aid as well after this.
