Discovery debiting more than what I initially signed up fot
I usually pay R1449 for my car insurance for some reason this month discovery decided to debit R1650 or so with no communication sent regarding this. If my monthly premium will be increased I do not know why this is not communicated ahead of time so I am afforded the opportunity to accept or decline and look for another insurance house. This is unacceptable!!

16 Oct 2023, 11:58It has been a week since I have logged this complaint and nothing has been done thus far, and I have made a decision to cancel my insurance because there is no intention to retain existing customers.
