Discovery Consultant

I cancelled my car insurance today. Pretty disappointed my financial advisor was not as involved as he should have been for the past 3 years. The consultant I spoke to, Barryl, helped me immensely. He listened to my complaint, acknowledged what I had to say and I was pleased with the outcome. Many should learn from him. Customers just wanted to be listened to and have the issue resolved asap.
