Discovery / Clearscore??

Why does CLEARSCORE reflect negative with a amount of R1290 showing I owe money to Discovery Insurance? For months I have been mailing Clearscore and everytime they promise it will be rectified the following month.. and still Discovery shows amount owing is R1290??
