Discovery claims dept

I switched to discovery not very long ago, im talking life insurance, medical aid and car insurance. I have a claim currently, I called last week, spoke to Aubry in motor claims department, he told me that he couldnt assist me and will only be able to assist me at 4.30pm and i said its fine, call me at that time, no call back. Today i called again and spoke to someone, he confirmed that he has my policy number and other details he will call me, never received a call, im ****ed off, and quite frankly i am ready to cancel every policy after this claim.
