Discovery CLAIMS CONSULTANT saves the day!

Let me be clear - this review is EXPRESSLY for Nthabiseng Mokobodi (Claims Consultant(Generalist) and NOT for Discovery.

Nthabi is a huge asset to the claims team and was the only reason I calmed down after a frustrating week of chasing, begging and fighting with Discovery to just do what we pay them for.

Nthabi went over and above to assist both my mom and I after Discovery messed up several times and then cancelled moms rental car booking without any notice. If we could request specific claims staff for assistance, Nthabi would be it. I am pretty sure that she is the only reason Discovery has kept some of their clients because I think management hide behind the select few gems like herself, to maintain client satisfaction.
