Discovery Claims Consultant Lost My Car

My car has been in an undisclosed location for the past 10 days after Rendani organised for it to be towed to a Discovery partner assessment centre. Then he sent me an email yesterday asking if my car has been repaired by my own repairer and if I could send the invoice through to him. I was so confused. He avoided my calls when I tried to reach him and I spoke to the receptionist instead. She promised that he will call me back but instead just sent an SMS saying my car is at Auction Nation Sandton. Followed by an email an hour later saying it was at Renew It Randburg... So, I still don't know where my car is and it has not been assessed for repairs almost TWO WEEKS AFTER THE CLAIM WAS REGISTERED.
