Discovery claims and Not assess still lost after two years

Firstly, my complaints have been ongoing for two years and both Discovery claims and Netassess haven't Discovered how to sort out my complaints. I cannot fathom as to how there is so much confusion the both parties involved two years down the line. Such a shame that with technology being so advanced, you can't keep track of claims and complaints.

I am asking for some intervention from Discovery management whom have decision making skills to contact me or my broker Nico Kabel and his PA, Phumzile Vilakazi from your Fourways branch to get an understanding as to why I cannot get finalization and honest feedback to questions I request from the departments as mentioned above. To date, the only joy I have recieved is having an Angel like Phumzile trying so hard to assist me by using all avenues available to get closure on my behalf. I would offer the company another chance to assist me and if this is not possible, then not only will I name and shame people but also make it known what tactics were used to derail my claim. Discovery is a giant in its field and I firmly believe that there is no situation that some of your capable staff can't handle.
