Discovery claiming process takes almost 3 months!

We tried to claim from Discovery for an accident their client caused. What a long and exhausting experience. As if an accident is not stressful enough, it took them almost 3 months back and forth to finalize a claim and even then they wanted to pay money directly to us (which was way less than the damage caused) We had to constantly follow up! Then deciding to claim from our own insurance, it took only 4 days to lodge, assess and approve our claim! No thanks, Discovery's service is pathetic compared to other companies in the same industry.
