4 month ago my neighbors vehicle reversed into our boundary wall and a hole was the result. he is insured with discovery. Claim Number : ***. only 1 company can repair our fence and all the information was given to Discovery twice. this claim is less that R5000 and its been 4 months and no resolution. i have called the consultants who are dealing with this case, their numbers are not going through. i tried to call discovery , nobody can help me because i don't have a policy with them. i don't know what to do right now because even my neighbor is ignoring me. please can anyone assist.
