Discovery Claim Handling
Atrocious customer service. Clueless and unconcerned responses to simple queries. Love passing the buck. Obvious delaying tactics to claims. Won't recommend them to any thinking soul.
My car was stuck with them for more than 4 months. I had no choice but to fire them!
