Discovery Claim assistance

I had logged a claim with Discovery Insure for damages to home equipment due to lightning. Received prompt assistance from Discovery Claims Assistant who arranged for evaluator to come to my home and inspect the losses. Thereafter regular communication was received, informing on progress of claim. Claim was resolved as soon as required information was provided. Very happy with the service.<br> <br> Only one issue, a follow up call should have been made to get a better understanding of the claim and the requirements thereof. Payment of claim would have been made sooner. But very happy with overall service and responses and communication.
