Discovery claim

I have lost 2 Items in one night due to power that went off and on and now they see it as wear and tear. Lost my TV and washing machine and they are ony 2 years old. I have asked them for the Assessor report and competent certificate for the Assessor as none of them have tested my items and just say its wear and tear. Management is always in a meeting or never at their desk and always just said they will phone back. discovery insure is very quick to take your money every month but when it gets to claim they will always look for an option not to pay out. I'm sure they have bourt the assessing companies to say its wear and tear. As I was told they will not except any other report. I wanted to get someone out to do a report to show them it can't be wear and tear but was told by Tiaan it will not help as they don't except it. So how do you lose to item in one night and they are only 2 years old???? Discovery Insure I'm disappointed in the way your ***s treated the people who pays every month to have item insured just to tell me sorry we not gone pay. Your ***s refuse to give me the reports or testing reports as you know there isn't any. so, the way I see it you are *****ing my money every month. if it was one item maybe wear and tear but 2 in one day due to power that went off and on in seconds.
