DISCOVERY CLAIM

<p>I was a new client for Discovery Insure. I had decided to move my personal short term insurance as have other long term policys / Vitality / banking with them. </p> <p>Within a week or so after signing all documentation we had an unfortunate home invasion whilst we were sleeping and a number of items were ******.</p> <p>When I called my broker I apologised for registering a claim so soon after moving my account to him. However Discovery were so helpful in the situation even offering trauma counselling to my family. They made the paperwork involved relatively painless and soon after I got a personal call and an email saying they will be replacing the ****** items. A special thankyou to Kagiso Shabangu and others from Discovery who made the ugly experiance more bearable to contenmd with . Their understanding , patience and professionalism was excellent.</p>
