Discovery cheating clients

Had an accident with my car - Early April. At first, everything smooth. They process the claim. No issues. Take my car in. They repair but say they waiting for the rims to be repaired. Few weeks pass. Then they can't repair, and now all of a sudden - I'm not covered for replacements. I fight this. Ask them to pull my calls. They accept that I am indeed covered for the replacement rims. 14 weeks pass! Still no rims. Then they try to replace with rims way less in value. I am now in week 18 with no rim replacements. Also takes 5 working days for them to reply.
