Discovery Car Insure Refund - Vitality

I had cancelled my discovery car/home policy that was also linked Vitality Drive. I have funds that was in Vitality drive now I am told I cannot be refunded even my 3 year cycle is completed.

I need the money I saved, it is mine...I worked hard for it. They are telling me it is forfeited, based on what exactly cause as it is seating in my account?

Discovery insure, please refund my money urgently so.
