Discovery Car Insurance Unresolved Policy Issues

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the repeated lack of professionalism and administrative failures I have experienced with your Car Insurance department. Despite making numerous calls to resolve my policy, the matter remains outstanding. I previously spoke with a representative in the accounts department who assisted me in adding my banking details, specifically to ensure my account would proceed via debit order instead of an EFT. This was never processed. Furthermore, during my most recent interaction, a consultant named promised to call me back immediately but failed to do so. These continuous lapses have cost me hundreds of Rands in airtime, which is entirely unacceptable for a situation caused by Discovery’s own inefficiency.
