Discovery car insurance pre-inspection impossible

We are with discovery car insurance. We have been trying to do a pre-inspection through our app, which is compulsory but this is not available on the app. No one from discovery is helping us with this. How are we suppose to do the pre-inspection when it is not available on our app?
