Discovery Car Insurance is the Worst. Silindile Mkwa**** is the worst.

I must say I'm having the worst experience with Discovery car insurance. I regret choosing them. I was involved in a car accident 2 February 2022. I chose the courtesy car option which gives you 30 days with the courtesy car.

My car was only authorized after 21 days, but I had to do a lot of calling to Silindile Mkwa**** who would not give me any feedbacks. The only time I got feedback was due to me calling them and enquiring. When the courtesy car period ends, they tell me i must hire my own car. How do they expect me to pay for my car installment and car hire at the same time. I had to force them to extend my courtesy car because they are the ones who are slow in fixing my car and do nothing unless I call them. I don't even have hope they will fixed my car and eventually the courtesy car will expire and I will have to walk with no car.

Today they tell me they wont fix my car windscreen which was cracked during the accident. It feels as if they are trying their best to fix the least amount of things in the car. Its like they are running away from responsibility. I now have a sense my car wont be fixed to the way it was. I now regret ever paying my car insurance with Discovery. Its a waste of time and money.
