DISCOVERY CAR INSURANCE *****

Bought a new car in May. Before the purchsse i called to get a quote. On the day i took the car i called to activate the cover little did i know the quote was put through as an actual insurance. No number plate added on the system What annoys me is that no one picked it up during activation that the same vehicle was already added. When they called for tracker installation it was only for 1 car, why was i not asked about the second car? This is plain ***** and i am very dissatisfied with discovery. I have been overcharged over R9000 collective over the 6 months.i want my moneu back and also want to cancel this insurance. I do not trust discovery. The agent that assisted me could pick up that this was incorrectly done but no agent is added on the system and now discovery is giving me the run around searching for call recordings which i fail to see why they are causing unnecessary delays on this
