Discovery Car insurance complaint

I took signed up for Discovery car insurance in May 2017. I was told that the plan is full at R0 Excess. To my shock when I called in and I’m told that it’s on an Excess of R3800. This was not what I was told when I initially signed up for the cover. I remember I spoke to Tebogo in 2017, I took down notes and he said it’s at R0 Excess. I even told my friend about it and she signed up and she was also told that it’s R0 Excess. I even received documents confirming that Excess is R0. How can it be that now the Excess is R3800?

I have sent emails to ********** with no response.
