Discovery car insurance cash back and points issues

Very poor service!!! Stay away from Discovery car insurance. Discovery does not deliver as they promise. After 3 months with them not a single month gone by with out excuses.

I have logged 2 complaints and still my point are not updated nor does their cash back hold up to their promises.

Discovery is over priced and still collect their money every month even if they still own you money from the previous months cash back!

The call center operators are useless and not a single team leader or customer manager have tried to resolve the problems.

Does your self a massive favour and just stay away from Discovery and avoid disappointment.

I am definitely moving and cancelling my car and house insurance with them!
