Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Thabo Mokoena who assisted me in my time of need. My car had a mechanical breakdown and in my time of stress, Thabo calmed me and helped me to get it towed to my mechanic. He didn't waste anytime and within in minutes, he had arranged the towing service. As soon as the call was ended, I had all necessary messages sent to me and within minutes of that, the Towing Company had contacted me. No time was wasted. Thabo checked in regularly to see if the Towing Service had arrived, how things were going and if we got to the Mechanic safely. I had no issues with Discovery assisting me with Towing and that's a great relief to not have to worry about that. Fast, Efficient and Friendly Thank You Thabo!
