Discovery Car Insurance

I have different policies with Discovery in general and it's making me so nervous. I have had such a horrible experience with Discovery Insurance(car) for the last month. I was involved in an accident on the 21st of December and the claim is still not sorted/moving forward. I have had to follow up multiple times with the insurance and the consultant assigned has never gotten back to me when I try to follow up on emails. So I am forced to call the call center and speak to different consultants each time who by the way will give me different stories each time. Honestly frustrating....
