Discovery Car Insurance
Extremely poor service,

Once again I’m going through this problems with Discovery car insurance…
We have been waiting for the claim more than 3 weeks, and till today they are unable to assist and they are keep on forwarding the emails from one to another internally.
Their claims consultants are useless and they are unable to understand their work – I think they must go for a classes to learn about their work in order to assist.

Im sure we are paying for your services right??? then why they can't help us??? so we must wait another moth to get our claims this is how discovery works????
