Discovery Car insurance
Last year someone drove into my car . They were insured with discovery. The agent called once , all information was sent through and up to date no feedback was received. I have been emailing everyday since last year and no feedback. Nobody came out to access my vehicle nothing

24 Apr 2023, 10:14A member did contact . Only to find out my accident report was ignored and they say I needed to keep following distance when it was Discovery Client that ignored his part of the robot and reversed into me .
Discovery didn’t even assess the paperwork , my vehicle or the claim and after months decided ‘we not paying ‘
I will be getting attorneys involved for the incompetence and taking this to the media
