Discovery car insurance

Discovery_SA has failed me. I had an accident on the 1st all they did was to send tow truck to tow the car, claim was never submited. I have been calling since the 2nd to sumit the claim only on the 3rd it was submited but no action towards the car has been done to date i am calling discovery to get my car assessed so we can know the verdict if it will be fixed or replaced but no one bothers they keep saying it will be done. Yesterday the person who the claim has been allocated to; told me it has been assessed yesterday but will be taken for further assessment which she does not know when it will be done. today i called auction nation storage in bloem where the car is kept to be told no one came to assess the car at all. I called discovery back i’ve been told she will call me back & she hasnt done that.

i am paying R1465 for Nothing.
