I've been a user of Discovery Car Insurance for 6 years and have had claims and the likes sorted on the same day of my request or the day after without hassles. I recently wanted to switch to another popular insurer because of an error with my risk assessment, but Kirk De Sai of the Retentions department was able to sort out the matter and save the Policy. Tks much.
