Discovery cant resolve problems on there own system

I moved my insurance over to Discovery because of the rewards, its been 3 months and my rewards is still not working. Keep getting error 'Could not retrieve information. Please try again later.'

After calling and emailing multiple times still not working and i keep getting the same answer, IT is working on it, how can your it people be so bad?Horrible Service!!
