Discovery can take a flying leap

If there was a less than one-star rating, that's what i would give Discovery Insure. Three and a half months after i submitted a claim, I'm still nowhere closer to this excruciating ordeal being over. The people i have had to deal with, Ntekane Moeng and Ellen Maponyane are absolutely useless! I have literally sent and resent tens of emails. Can Discovery fathom how this is enough to make a person pull their hair out?? A person pays their premium diligently only to be met with blanket incompetence and a gobsmacking lethargy for service. Once this claim is finalized, Discovery can go take a leap. What an absolute crock of bull to leave a client all these months with a vehicle that needs repairs and with zero assistance!
