Discovery sent me a notice to terminate my cover due to the fact that I had registered multiple claims on my cover. They had said my cover will be until the 24th November 2023 and on the 2th of October they debited a higher amount than the actual amount they were supposed to debit. I have been waiting for my refund since last week Friday to this day I haven’t received my refund. On the 01 November my car needed to be towed and when I called for towing services to my surprise my cover was not active. I had paid my cover for the month till 24 November 2023. This is the bullying I have been subjected to in the hands of discovery business over the past two weeks. Should I have known that me taking insurance with discovery is subjected to this kind of treatment i wouldn’t have taken this cover.
