Discovery business insurance..worst company to deal with

Please do not insure your business with Discovery business insurance..they are the worst company to deal with..I have had my policy for around 3-4 years and it's it's first time I'm doing a claim...it's been 2 months now and the claim has still not been processed...I even paid my excess fee...they keep prolonging the claim..it's so frustrating as they debit my account every month and when it's time for a claim they are absolutely useless....the claim has been escalated to management but they seem to be on a go slow and cannot even assist me...plus it's so hard to even call these guys
