Discovery Business Insurance, Worst Service Ever

My truck was involved in an accident 28th of December 2022. Today marks exactly 8 months. Truck not fixed while claim is approved. Truck was towed to Marvic in Richards Bay. Then 6 months later discovery informs me that I must get Qoutes for repairers to fix it and have the truck towed to the repairer at my own cost. I fly down again to Richards Bay, only to find out that the truck was moved from Marvic in RBCT to Pietermarisburg without my consent let alone being informed. When I get to to PMB I find out that the truck has been completely stripped to the core at the instruction of Discovery. I am then told I need to find a repairer that can assemble the truck for me and still tow the truck from PMB at may own cost. How you do so when 3 major panelbeaters informed them that they themselves must assemble it or hire the person who stripped to out the parts back before they can quote but I myself need to do such meanwhile I was never informed to start with. It is now 8 months now without a truck, lost revenue is immense, It's as if we never had insurance on the truck. When you call you are sent from pillar to post, when you email you are sent different stories and when you request face to face meeting you are told unfortunately it is not possible. While this is in effect we must continue to pay exorbitant instillment on the truck. After claim was approved I informed them they all I want is the truck, whether they fix it, replace it or pay so we fix the same or buy another. All we want is an operational truck only.
