DISCOVERY BUSINESS INSURANCE ****MERS !!

Discovery Busines Insure has been shocking. We put a claim in for water damage from February at our showroom NOT a warehouse which they are trying to say we had, in de Waterkant, I dont think so, we are now in July. They are running circles around us, attempted to get us to sign a AOL for a minimal amount that did not equate to the claim amount. How is one supposed to get this resolved, not even the business consultant can get a result and get this resolved, evading and lying.
