Discovery business insurance and Stowee technical support

Hi my husband was involved in a car eccident.the car that collided with my husband car it was an company car the Stowee technical support.so the company had to call their insurance company Discovery business insurance.they took his car to be fist the case was opened and everything has been done. But now the problem is when he call discovery for a way forward coz it been a month now. they take him from pealer to post. So now he is frustrated coz it's a business car now he has no income and yet they are dragging their feet.
