Discovery building insurance

Claiming on building insurance is a nightmare with Discovery. Had a border wall blown over by the strong winds. Quick response from Discovery but an even quicker decline from Discovery with lots of reasons on why they are not going to pay out. None of those reasons/rules were ever given/disclosed when they signed me up and took my monthly payment for the building insurance. No inspection was ever done by Discovery to say it is not to their standards (which was never disclosed). Did lodge a dispute but Discovery has 30 days to answer. I am not allowed to follow up during this time. In the meantime we have to live with a dangerous wall that still wants to fall over on the one side due to the damage. Assume insurers do this in the hope that we will move one. Feel the way Discovery treats their customers is not fair expecting to have information available which was not given leaving me under the false impression my property was 100% insured which it was not.
