Discovery

Amanda Ntlabathi was very efficient and friendly in assisting me have my vehicle towed to the dealer for repairs. Having been with Discovery Insure for a number of years now, the manner in which Amanda addressed my inquiry and need was indeed a refreshing change from my previous experiences with Discovery. If I may be as bold as to say that Discovery as a whole entity need to know and recognise that it is the staff that make or break an organisation, not elaborate systems, fancy buildings, complex algorithms and cold and sterile call centres! The most frustrating aspect of dealing with companies such as Discovery is dialing the number and getting this (foreign accented) voice prompting which button to push and when the call eventually reaches a consultant to discover that you have reached the wrong person/division/dept or the call gets cut off!!!!! Not cool Discovery
